Liability Waiver * *

Terms and Conditions: When enrolling, parents/guardians are granting approval for their child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Palmetto + Pine Arts and Learning Community during the duration of class. Parents/guardians assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Palmetto + Pine Arts and Learning Community and its teachers and class location from any and all liability for injuries arising out of participating in activities during class. In case of injury to said child and/or child’s parent/guardian, parents/guardians hereby waive all claims against Palmetto + Pine Arts and Learning Community including all teachers and volunteers, all participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct class.

Photo Release *

I hereby grant and authorize undefined the right to take, edit, copy, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my child(ren) to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials and digital communications. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of and will not be returned.

Cancellations & Refunds * *

Hopefully your last month will be the last month of our program's calendar, but we understand if it is sooner. Let Mariah know if you expect your plans to change. We do not refund or reschedule for missed classes. We have extreme weather make up classes scheduled for May.

Confidentiality Agreement *

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Palmetto + Pine Arts and Learning Community ("Program") and the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s)/participant(s) ("Participant") as a condition of enrollment. By signing this Agreement, all parties agree to: Confidential Information: Protect all information about enrolled children, curriculum, activities, schedules, and Program operations. Non-Disclosure: Not disclose, share, or distribute Confidential Information without written consent from the Program’s director. Social Media: Refrain from posting or sharing photos, videos, or details about other participants or Program activities without explicit permission. Breach of Agreement: Acknowledge that any breach may result in removal from the Program and/or legal or financial penalties. Duration: Maintain confidentiality during and after enrollment in the Program.
